At Bashar Mobile, we aim to provide fast, reliable, and convenient delivery services to our customers throughout the available delivery areas in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

1. DELIVERY CHARGES

Our delivery charges are based on the total value of your order:

Orders above BHD 15.000 — FREE DELIVERY

Orders of BHD 15.000 or below — BHD 1.000 delivery charge

The applicable delivery charge will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

Bashar Mobile provides delivery within the Kingdom of Bahrain, subject to delivery availability for the customer's location.

Certain locations may have specific delivery conditions depending on accessibility and courier availability.

3. DELIVERY TIME

Orders will normally be processed after successful payment confirmation.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

Order processing time

Customer location

Product availability

Courier availability

Traffic and weather conditions

Public holidays or other unforeseen circumstances

The estimated delivery time, where available, will be communicated to the customer or displayed during the ordering process.

4. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed after receiving and confirming the order.

If a product is temporarily unavailable, Bashar Mobile may contact the customer regarding the expected availability or an alternative arrangement.

5. DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and contact number.

Incorrect or incomplete delivery information may result in delivery delays or additional arrangements.

6. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

The customer should be available at the provided delivery address or ensure that an authorized person is available to receive the order.

If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable or the provided address/contact information is incorrect, Bashar Mobile or the delivery provider may arrange another delivery attempt.

7. PRODUCT INSPECTION

Customers are advised to inspect their order upon delivery and verify:

Visible physical condition

Any visible damage or missing items should be reported to Bashar Mobile as soon as possible.

8. DELIVERY DELAYS

While Bashar Mobile will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Bashar Mobile will not be responsible for delays caused by:

Traffic

Weather conditions

Public holidays

Courier issues

Incorrect customer information

Events beyond our reasonable control

9. DELIVERY OF MULTIPLE PRODUCTS

If an order contains multiple products, Bashar Mobile may deliver the products together or separately depending on product availability and operational requirements.

The applicable delivery charge will be determined according to the order terms displayed at checkout.

10. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Cancellation and refunds are subject to the Bashar Mobile Return, Exchange and Warranty Policy.

If an order is cancelled before dispatch, any applicable refund will be processed according to the payment method and applicable refund procedures.

Delivery charges, where applicable, may be non-refundable once the delivery service has been performed.

11. FREE DELIVERY

Free delivery applies to orders with a total product value above BHD 15.000, subject to the delivery areas and conditions specified by Bashar Mobile.

Orders of BHD 15.000 or below will be charged BHD 1.000 for delivery.
